| Talents are allowed to leave the session if clients broke the rules. |
| Talents must give free reschedule or services if they couldn't fulfill their duty on time. |
| Talents must maintain professionalism at all times, both on and off duty. |
| Any form of harassment, hate speech, or explicit behavior is strictly prohibited. |
| Romantic or sexual acts outside the agreed service are not allowed. |
| Maintain emotional boundaries - affection, flirting, and comfort are part of the service, but personal involvement must be avoided. |
| Never share personal contact details (phone number, address, social media unless authorized by the agency). |
| Talents may not disclose client information publicly or privately. |
| Breach of privacy may result in contract termination. |
| Violations (boundary breach, harassment, ghosting, etc.) will lead to suspension or permanent removal. |
| Repeated client complaints will be investigated and handled by management. |

| Clients must treat talents with respect and avoid harassment, discrimination, or coercion. |
| Any sexual request or explicit talk outside service terms is strictly forbidden. |
| Talents reserve the right to end a session immediately if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. |
| All payments are made through official channels only. |
| Booking is valid after payment confirmation. |
| Late payments, chargebacks, or scamming attempts will result in permanent ban and report. |
| Emotional expression is part of the service, but personal relationships are not guaranteed or encouraged. |
| Any request beyond service scope (e.g., real meetups, personal data exchange) requires agency approval. |
| Respect the "end of session" boundary. |
| Clients must not leak screenshots, recordings, or private conversations unless for PDA. |
| Respect the anonymity and persona of each talent. |
| Cancellation is allowed up to 12 hours before the session for reschedule. |
| Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. |
| The agency has full authority to review, suspend, or terminate any booking, talent, or client account in case of misconduct. |
| Regulations may be updated periodically to ensure safety and comfort for all parties. |
| Not all talents can give the Love Spell add-ons, ask for their availability first. |
